[There is a very intimidating face being broadcast. Aone is staring down the camera as if it is an actual person that he's trying to intimidate. He frowns harder and harder and harder until finally the video feed cuts.

And then a single simple word appears in correlation with the bewildering video:]

While people have always been able to communicate with one another in some fashion, the most recent network that's been put up allows for communication across regions more easily. It's an advanced BBS system which allows for text, audio, and video messages; attachments of all kinds; anonymity (although it's a little glitchy sometimes); private messages to individuals and small groups (also glitchy); and some amount of hacking, given your skill level.

There are, also, the typical calls and video calls, as well as general internet functions (news, radio, etc), although used in conjunction with the system allows greater reach.

This system is functional with all devices - Pokégear, PokéNav, Pokétch, C-Gear, and Rotomdex.
